Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a large community. The role oversees maintenance operations, coordinates service requests, and ensures compliance with safety and EPA/OSHA standards. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and work with vendors to keep the property in top condition.

The position requires regular on-site work, strong leadership, and a focus on resident satisfaction. A background in property management maintenance and OSHA guidelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
