Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management firm, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and preventative maintenance for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget.
