Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all community maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to ensure safe, well-maintained properties and to meet budget targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, reviewing daily work orders, and conducting unit inspections. On-call emergencies and adherence to EPA/OSHA standards are required, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• On-site maintenance leadership and response planning.
• Staff supervision and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
• Coordination with vendors and residents to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and recordkeeping for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and daily onsite presence required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and units for safety hazards and upkeep.
• Manage maintenance inventory and stay within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program to extend property life.
• Ensure OSHA safety practices and proper hazard communications.
