Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage service requests, and supervise staff and vendors. The role requires hands-on maintenance, safety compliance, and the ability to coordinate with the Community Manager on budgeting and resources.

Daily inspections, on-call emergencies, and a commitment to property safety are essential. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits, including health coverage, 401K, and paid time

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Ability to use basic on-site software and computers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance operations across the community.
• Manage service requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on budget.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
• Keep records of service requests and inspections.
