Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, manage requests and preventive tasks, and supervise staff under the Community Manager. You will ensure safety, OSHA standards, and quality workmanship across the property while coordinating with vendors and on-call emergencies.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget awareness, and a commitment to resident satisfaction, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on timely, reliable service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software literacy.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
