Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at our Fishers, IN property. You will lead the maintenance team, manage service requests, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds, and coordinate pool/spa operations while maintaining resident satisfaction and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in multifamily housing or related maintenance field.
• Maintenance leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool operations, and preventive maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and monitor daily maintenance team activities and service requests.
• Review progress, timelines, and recurring issues; ensure timely resolutions.
• Respond to maintenance concerns per policies with professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and pool/spa operations while maintaining safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage budgets with Property Manager.
