Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations on the property.
• Respond to service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Manage work orders and review progress with property leadership.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team.
• Assist with emergency and on-call rotations.
