Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will manage service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and more, and mentor the maintenance team to uphold safety and quality at the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and all local/state/federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, make-ready standards, and cost controls within budget.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team; coordinate with property manager on issues.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and on-call maintenance, ensuring safety and quality.
