Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property. You will ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, safety standards, and state and federal regulations, while supporting the property budget.

You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, and mentor staff to deliver top-quality resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit turns with attention to safety and quality.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other systems.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
