Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep aligns with company standards. You will manage service requests, oversee preventative maintenance, and mentor the maintenance team.

You will ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with the property manager, and drive timely, high-quality turns while maintaining curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests meet standards.
• Review service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per Avenue5 policies and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Monitor work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges and coordinate operations.
