Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day upkeep of the assigned property and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate service requests, and drive timely, quality repairs across multiple trades.

Responsibilities include safety oversight, budget awareness, and active collaboration with property leadership to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years in property management or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit turns to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and on-call emergency responsiveness.
