Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, uphold safety and quality, and ensure regulatory compliance at the assigned property. You will mentor the maintenance team, coordinate requests, and help manage the budget while delivering top-notch service to residents.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills, strong customer service, and the ability to mult-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in property management or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and all regulations.
• Manage budget contributions and align with property budget.
• Coordinate service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Inspect property grounds for safety and cleanliness on a regular basis.
