Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fishers, IN to perform a range of maintenance and repair duties across our residential communities. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, ensuring homes and amenities meet safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal standards.

The position requires diagnostic skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair, with on-call rotations and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of property maintenance or related field experience.
• General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and related components.
• Perform general carpentry and building repairs (drywall, cabinets, doors, trim, tile).
• Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC, lighting, irrigation, pool equipment and other systems.
• Respond to service requests within established response times, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Inspect homes and common areas for safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; identify repairs.
