HNN Communities in Everett, WA seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance across multifamily properties. The role reports to the property leadership and requires hands-on oversight of a maintenance team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.

The position offers an hourly wage of $33.00–$36.00 with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating contractors.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical upkeep of the community according to safety standards.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; provide feedback and discipline as needed.
• Hire, train, and onboard new maintenance employees.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate make-ready tasks (painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying).
• Maintain inventory, safety records, and SDS in company software.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain on-call schedule.
• Ensure security and cleanliness of workshops and utility rooms.
• Collaborate with other teams to uphold resident satisfaction.
