Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in Everett, WA. You will assist in daily maintenance operations, support the Maintenance Supervisor, and help ensure safety standards are met across the community.

The role requires minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage make-readies and coordinate vendors. Competitive benefits and pay accompany a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry and painting helpful.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within the timeframe per policy.
• Assist in make-ready apartment prep including painting, flooring, cleaning.
• Schedule or coordinate contracted work with vendors.
• Maintain safety records and SDS documents in software.
• Assist in inspections, preventive maintenance and after-hours calls.
