Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition and upkeep of communities following safety standards.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing feedback and addressing misconduct.
• Interview, hire, train, and onboard maintenance personnel in coordination with HR.
• Manage work orders and make-ready units including painting, repairs, and inspections.
• Schedule and coordinate vendor work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
