HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties in top condition. The role involves completing work orders, making-ready apartments, and maintaining grounds and common areas.

You will support safety programs, perform routine inspections, and respond to after-hours emergencies. A HS diploma and US work eligibility are required; prior porter/groundskeeper experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Legal to work in the U.S. per I-9 guidelines.
• 1 year porter/groundskeeper experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the physical condition and upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within policy timeframes.
• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying.
• Maintain community grounds, pool, spa, common areas, and amenities.
• Perform regular lighting checks and repairs.
• Maintain safety records and documentation in company software.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
• Assist in regular inspections of the community and preventative maintenance.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
