Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations of our apartment communities. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, and painting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff for the community.
• Schedule and manage work orders, inspections, and PMIs.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies.
