Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition and upkeep of our community in accordance with safety standards. You will complete work orders, prepare make-ready units, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of porter, groundskeeper, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address residents' needs.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English well enough to carry out duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community following Company operating and safety standards.
• Thoroughly complete work orders within the expected timeframe according to Company policy and standards.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs, according to Company unit turn policies and standards.
