Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Puget Park (256-unit property). The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safety, quality upkeep, and timely make-ready of apartments.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage of $28.00 with bonus potential up to 15%. Schedule is Tue-Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with 3 weeks PTO and housing discount considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Prefer certifications such as CPO and CAMT.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry and painting.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep.
• Thoroughly complete work orders within policy and safety standards.
• Assist in making-ready of apartments and scheduling approved vendors.
• Maintain inventory, data entry, and safety records; SDS documentation.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as assigned.
