Job summary

HNN Communities in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at assigned communities. You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years of related maintenance experience, supervisory capability, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi. Competitive benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule, and on-site work in Lynnwood, WA are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
• High school education or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community following Company operating and safety standards.
• Lead, direct and supervise maintenance employees assigned to the community. Provide regular performance feedback and take action as needed.
• Interview, hire, train and retain employees; work with HR to recruit and onboard new staff.
• Manage work orders and complete make-ready apartments including painting, flooring, and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for contracted work and update make-ready dates.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, SDS, and safety compliance in company software.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance; respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Ensure security, cleanliness, and safety across community facilities and grounds.
