Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations of our residential community.

You will handle work orders, coordinate vendors, maintain safety records, inspect systems, and help keep common areas, pools and exteriors safe and welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• High level of competency in electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry and painting.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal Fair Housing and other applicable regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and upkeep following safety standards.
• Complete work orders within policy timelines.
• Assist in make-ready apartments: painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying.
• Schedule contracted work with approved vendors and update statuses.
• Maintain inventory, data entry and safety records; SDS.
• Inspect and maintain community systems and grounds.
• Oversee contractors; act as onsite supervisor in absence.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
• Ensure security practices including lock out/tag out.
