Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Manor Way (205-unit community). You will support daily maintenance operations, oversee make-readies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, inspecting systems, managing inventories, and assisting in resident services. The role requires at least 2 years in maintenance, with CPO/CAMT certifications preferred and strong customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Prefer professional certifications such as CPO and CAMT.
• High level of competency in electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the physical condition and general upkeep of the community following Company operating and safety standards.
• Thoroughly complete work orders within the expected timeframe according to Company policy and standards.
• Assist in managing and preparing make-ready apartment homes including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs.
• Assist in scheduling contracted work with vendors and update make-ready statuses.
• Maintain safety records and SDS documentation in Company software.
• Assist in trashing out vacated apartments and document abandoned belongings as required.
• Oversee community grounds, pool/spa, lighting, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance inspections and tests on systems.
• Assist in landscape maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
