Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Everett, WA. The role focuses on maintaining the property, completing work orders timely, and preparing apartment homes through painting, flooring, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to read and write English proficiently.
• Prefer 1 year of porter, groundskeeper, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community following Company operating and safety standards.
• Thoroughly complete work orders within the expected timeframe according to Company policy and standards.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs.
• Adjust heat and secure doors and windows in vacant apartment homes.
• Clean and trash out vacated apartment homes, including handling possessions per policy.
• Maintain community grounds, pool and spa, common areas, and amenities so they are clean and safe.
• Perform regular lighting checks and repairs.
• Test and maintain pumps, boilers, and safety systems as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in inspections and respond to after-hours emergencies.
