Job summary

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA knowledge.
• Technical degree preferred; relevant maintenance experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Manage Make Ready process and resident service requests end-to-end.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors; ensure safety and code compliance.
• Prepare maintenance budget and control costs; order supplies within budget.
• Lead monthly safety meetings; document inspections and incidents.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures as per policy.
