Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the on-site maintenance team at our Florida properties. You will lead the maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across buildings, grounds, and common areas.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, with a focus on preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and cost-conscious decision-making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA and MSDS knowledge preferred.
• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• EPA certifications Type I & II or Universal preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Handle work orders and resident service requests; diagnose and repair defects.
• Oversee preventive maintenance; manage parts inventory and budget impact.
