Job summary

RangeWater in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property’s maintenance team, oversee routine and preventive work, and ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and quality standards.

You will manage work orders, source parts within budget, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets and safety compliance. Requires HS diploma, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and 1–3 years of supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• Technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience leading maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and conduct evaluations.
• Manage work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Inspect contractors and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with the manager on budgeting.
• Lead preventative maintenance and safety meetings.
