Responsibilities

• Review and track service requests and identify recurring issues.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related systems.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage on-call coverage.
