Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our property. You will ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and applicable regulations while managing service requests and preventative maintenance.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across multiple trades, strong communication with residents, and leadership of a maintenance team to deliver safe, clean, and well-maintained living spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure properties meet company standards and regulations.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergency responses and on-call maintenance, including after-hours coverage.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and properties leadership.
