Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our Washington property. You will supervise technicians, coordinate service requests, and ensure compliance with safety, local, state, and federal regulations while managing the property budget.

The role requires strong carpentry and general maintenance skills, a valid driver’s license, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property.
• Supervise maintenance team and ensure service requests and unit turns meet standards.
• Track service requests, identify chronic issues, and respond promptly per policy.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds.
• Oversee safety, risk management, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage emergencies with the property manager.
