Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Supervise maintenance team and manage service requests and inspections.
• Oversee safety and risk management and budget adherence.
