Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations across the assigned property.

You will supervise maintenance tasks, review service requests, manage risk and budget, mentor the team, and ensure safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure unit make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain work order system accuracy and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergency management and on-call rotation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and company policies.
