The role involves hands-on repair work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, plus mentoring the maintenance team and coordinating with the property manager to deliver high-quality resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, make-ready standards, and safety programs.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; monitor budgets and on-call emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property manager and vendors.
