Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review service requests and track progress to address chronic issues.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness while managing emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Manage work order system and keep within property budget.
