Avenue5 Residential in Pasco, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure safety, and uphold Avenue5 standards. You will manage service requests, coordinate a skilled team, and protect property value.

You will work with on-site leadership, handle on-call rotations, and mentor staff while maintaining budgets and compliance with local regulations. A valid drivers license and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure unit turns meet standards.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per Avenue5 policy.
• Manage work orders and track progress to ensure timely completion."
• Monitor emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Mentor maintenance team and ensure regulatory compliance.
