Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at our community. You will oversee service requests, preventive maintenance, and a team of maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and cost-efficient upkeep of the property.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, basic software skills for on-site tools, and EPA/OSHA knowledge. A high school diploma and EPA/CPO certification are required; HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Coordinate requests and work orders from residents and management.
• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance comply with safety standards (OSHA).
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; manage inventories and budgets.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and ensure timely responsiveness.
