Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community including service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain records of service requests, certifications, and make-ready status.
