Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and service requests across communities. You will supervise onsite staff and vendors, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership and organization are essential for maintaining property conditions. The role requires on-site attendance, coordination with the Community Manager, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and cost control.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
