Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a multi-property community. You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely, safe repairs to units and common areas.

The role requires EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma. A strong focus on safety and customer service is essential within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA and CPO certification are required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and respond to service requests.
• Supervise staff and vendors, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Manage preventative maintenance and make-ready routines for units and common areas.
• Inspect grounds and structures daily to identify hazards and needed repairs.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and make-readies.
• Coordinate on-call emergency coverage and budgeted supply orders.
