Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a residential community. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety compliance while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will partner with the Community Manager to supervise staff, plan resources, and ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a full-time, on-site role with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff to maintain property.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• On-call emergency availability as needed.
