Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations, service requests, and staff performance across our communities. You will work with the Community Manager to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction through effective supervision of maintenance staff and vendors.

This on-site, full-time role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise staff and coordinate vendor activities.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the community.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and resident requests.
