Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a maintenance supervisor for an assigned apartment community. You will lead the maintenance team, perform hands-on repairs, and ensure safety, quality, and curb appeal consistent with Peak Simply Service Standards.

You’ll manage service requests, schedule vendors, monitor daily completion, and participate in unit turns and inspections. The role requires living within 30 miles, EPA Type II certification, CPO preferred, a valid driver's license and own vehicle, plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Basic hand tools required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor service requests; ensure timely completion.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily to maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and energy-saving measures.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget guidelines.
• Prepare vacant units for marketing and supervise turn events.
• Address resident concerns promptly and maintain safety standards.
