Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team at a Texas apartment community. The role includes hands-on repairs, supervising contractors, and managing a preventative maintenance program to protect asset quality.

You’ll ensure safety, cost control, and high resident service while coordinating with the Property Manager. EPA Type II certification is required; CPO preferred, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; multifamily preferred.
• EPA Certification Type II required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and outside contractors to perform repairs and preventive work.
• Prioritize and assign service requests; monitor completion and assist as needed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities daily to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Direct vendors during the turn process and ensure budget adherence.
• Assist residents with move-in/move-out and support safety programs.
