Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure efficient operations at the property. You will manage service requests, supervise hands-on repairs, and coordinate with vendors to maintain curb appeal and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will lead with a resident-focused attitude, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, and uphold Peak’s standards for preventive maintenance and budgeting across the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily housing.
• EPA Certification Type II is required; CPO certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance; own reliable vehicle.
• Basic hand tools and ability to use common maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hands-on repairs and maintenance, guiding the team and contractors.
• Manage service requests and preventative maintenance program for the property.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Schedule and supervise vendors, contractors, and turn work within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local/state codes and OSHA safety practices.
