PeakMade Real Estate in Utah is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a property’s maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and curb appeal. You will balance hands‑on repairs with supervising vendors and coordinating service requests.

The role emphasizes resident service, adherence to Peak standards, and managing budgeted materials. Candidates should have 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, EPA Type II, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; multifamily preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.
• Own vehicle may be required to fulfill duties as needed.
• Ability to use general maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Spend 60–70% of time on hands‑on repairs; remaining time supervising staff and contractors.
• Assist Property Manager in delivering Peak Simply Service Standards.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor service requests and turn items.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and energy‑saving measures.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget guidelines.
• Direct workers in turns, restorations, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare vacant units for marketing and ensure proper cleaning.
