Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the apartment community maintenance team, coordinate service requests, and oversee preventative maintenance. You will ensure safety standards, curb appeal, and effective contractor management.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, EPA Type II certification, and the ability to work within budget while delivering resident-focused service. On-site property duties and occasional vendor coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required.
• EPA certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team and outside contractors.
• Manage service requests and preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence for maintenance supplies.
• Prepare units for marketing and coordinate turns with Property Manager.
