Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community. You will lead the maintenance team, supervise vendors, and ensure safety and quality in repairs and preventive maintenance.

You will manage service requests, maintain equipment and inventory, and support the Property Manager in delivering excellent resident service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Manage and prioritize service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on budgets, bids, and capital projects.
