PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at a multifamily property. You will manage service requests, supervise contractors, and ensure safety and curb appeal.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years supervisory maintenance experience, EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver's license. Ideal candidates live within 30 miles of the property and are customer-service oriented.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise on-site repairs and subcontractors.
• Prioritize and assign service requests; monitor completion and follow up.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to maintain curb appeal and safety compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget and ensure OSHA safety standards.
• Support resident move-in/move-out processes and assist with capital improvements.
