Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our apartment communities in excellent condition, manage a maintenance team, and ensure timely service for residents. The role requires scheduling, budgeting within communities, and coordinating preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC familiarity, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead staff while delivering strong customer service. Weekend and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks required.
• Strong leadership to manage staff and residents.
• HVAC knowledge; CFC certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in staffing decisions as directed by Regional Manager.
• Teach skills to staff members.
• Schedule work.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure common areas are safe, in repair and clean.
• Perform preventive maintenance for pools, parking lots, exteriors, etc.
• Make capital improvement recommendations.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Visit competing properties to inspect maintenance quality.
• Order parts to repair the community.
• Educate staff on safe working conditions and OSHA guidelines.
