Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at an apartment community. You will lead a maintenance team, supervise vendors, and ensure safety and quality in repairs and preventative maintenance.

The role requires hands-on work 60–70% of the time, strong customer-service focus, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules. Live within 30 miles of the property and maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance; own vehicle.
• Basic hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and outside contractors to complete service requests on time.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features to maintain curb appeal and minimize liabilities.
• Lead preventative maintenance program and implement energy-saving measures.
• Maintain maintenance shop organized and stocked; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to maximize property performance within budget.
